Rick Olderman, MSPT is a sports and orthopedic physical therapist, Pilates instructor, Hanna Somatics practitioner, and speaker living in Denver, CO with his wife and two children. He has been practicing physical therapy since 1996 and has written the Fixing You series of books, as well as others, found on Amazon. Rick specializes in helping people with difficult chronic pain conditions from head to toe.
He owned a sports and orthopedic physical therapy clinic for almost 10 years in Denver, Colorado. There he honed his unique approach to solving difficult pain and has since created digital home programs, found on his website, to help people around the world.
Rick grew up on a farm in Ohio and traveled the world for several years before becoming a physical therapist. His world travels opened his eyes to other ways of thinking. Other than helping people fix their bodies, Rick’s passions are travel and exploration, and hope to merge all three someday!
