6 Best Cardio Exercises to Cut Fat Quickly

There are so many exercises out there to choose from, so many quick fix options, so many different theories and facts thrown around, it’s difficult to know where to begin.

Let me simplify things for you and give you a place to start to cut fat quickly in minimal time.

Doing these exercises can amp your metabolism up for the next 24-48 hours! Burn fat quickly? You can’t beat those numbers!

  1. Jumping Jacks – start out by doing jumping jacks for 1 minute. Do as many as you can for 1 minute.
  2. High Knees – move into doing high knees. Bring your knees up as high as you can. Keep your upper body straight and only pull your knees up. As many as you can for 1 minute.
  3. Burpees – there are different variations that you can do but stick to the classic burpee until you get a good groove going with them. Do these for 1 minute, as many as you can.
  4. One-Legged Burpees – Exercising both sides separately gives a new workout in contrast to the classic burpee above. 1 minute – as many as you can.
  5. Mountain Climbers – Finish your circuit with these, a good solid 1 minute pushing yourself as much as possible.

Do that circuit two times for a total of 12 minutes. Done correctly, and pushed hard enough, you can amp your metabolism to burn calories for up to 48 hours.

And the last one:

  1. Brisk, Power-Walking – more gentle on your body than running, but an excellent way to boost your cardio work.
