You wouldn’t know if unless I said so, but I’ve been in some serious pain with my back for the last two weeks. While I work through some of the Visibly Fit principles to address this pain (and finally get some real sleep) I thought I would share some things you can do to naturally work through the physical pain and get back to where you intend to be.
