The Best Exercises, Vitamins and Minerals, and Anecdotal Evidence Regarding Your Bone Health with Dr. Charles Price, MD
I don’t know about you, but when I was a little girl, all of my teachers and my parents used to tell me to drink my milk! Why? Because they said it’s good for my bones.
Well, I have come to realize as an adult, and as one who works with other adults to become and remain Visibly Fit, that the health of your bones is one of the key indicators of your overall health.
