Fall is upon us as this episode is published. Here in Minnesota, the leaves are changing colors, and the temperatures are beginning to dip. It’s one of my favorite times of the year for many reasons 🙂

Changing seasons is a reminder that our bodies change as well. There are a number of cues we can take from our Creator through nature to care for ourselves (even if we’re overwhelmed caring for others) such as:

  • How to vary our diet with the foods that are in season
  • Memories associated with various foods during the holiday seasons
  • Being adventurous, willing to try new things!
