FALL in Love Again

Do you need to re-ignite the FALL in love excitement in your life? It’s easy to slip into a day to day mundane once #adulting begins and if we aren’t careful, we can get so set in our ways that breaking out is nearly impossible.

Fall is an excellent time to reevaluate our lives and reassess if what we are including in our lives is worthy of our time and energies. Due to demand, I have opened up my calendar for one more challenge group this fall. In case you are unsure of what my challenge groups cover, I wanted to share how they help you to FALL in love in more than one area of your life.

FALL in Love with cooking

Our fast-paced western culture has evaporated the beauty of cooking from our schedules. “Too busy to stop and make something, too busy to make time to prep food, gotta go so let’s pull through a drive-through…” The excuses go on, and the wonder of chopping, mixing, simmering, and smelling the beautiful aromas has dissipated.

In my Visibly Fit 7-Week Challenge group, you have the opportunity to FALL in LOVE with cooking again. To fall in love not only with cooking, but with meal prep, and pure, whole ingredients that leave no guilt after meals.

I give you all of the recipes you need to make healthy, wholesome meals that are not only satisfying but nourishing.

FALL in Love with Exercise

Typically, people look at beginning new regimes during the new year – looking at a fresh start, new numbers to write on checks, a new planner to unwrap – but the beginning of fall and new seasons can be a new beginning too. Why not start the season off right and dedicate to a new workout regime?

I have developed an entire regime that can work every muscle in your body when you dedicate the time to complete it. You will receive a schedule to apply to your days during my 7-Week Challenge group. One that works.

It’s unfortunate, but most Americans are painfully unaware of the science behind the foods that they eat.
