I have a confession to make. When I began the Visibly Fit podcast just over two years ago, I really didn’t want to do it. But people kept asking me, “When are you going to start a podcast?”

Although I’ve had television shows and YouTube channels for years, I didn’t know anything about podcasts, but when enough people ask for a podcast, you just bear down and do it, right?

Well, here we are at Episode 100! It may sound like just a number, but considering how fleeting these kinds of things can be here in the modern era, it’s absolutely worth celebrating. So I asked my audience if they would be willing to come onto a live call and share their favorite episodes and how the podcast has affected their journey to optimal health.
