After living in a home that has been closed up all winter, it’s important to take spring cleaning seriously. To rid the home of excess dust, stagnant air, chemicals, and gases. Even the best of living intentions still needs “aired out” and cleaned out.
Since our homes are mostly airtight then pollutants from carpet microfibers and even nasty dust mites that have been trapped on beds, in pillows, and on rugs need to be cleaned and removed.
Open up those windows, after you give them a good wash without streaks, of course. It’s amazing how the flow of fresh air can change the energy of a home. You’ll want to clean the normal rooms, but more in depth and spending a bit more time on the details.
Spring cleaning is also a fantastic time to go through closets, refrigerators, pantries, and even the garage to ditch the items you don’t need or want. And to give them a good solid clean.
Have you ever thought of doing a little spring cleaning for your health and fitness “stuff.” I did a little cleaning of my own and was surprised to find the items I did.
