Psalm 139:16 says, “All the days ordained for me were written in your book before one of them came to be.”
God has ordained our days. He knows the number of our days. But the question is, and the thing that we’ll discuss today on this episode is this: Do you believe that you and I have anything to do with that number of days that God has already in place for us?
How we live our lives, how we take care of our bodies, and how we interact with our fellow man all exert a tremendous impact on our health and vitality. These factors, in turn, determine the number of days we spend on this earth before (hopefully) meeting our Creator in heaven!
