Tips on "Habit Stacking" for an Optimized Lifestyle 1 Percent At a Time
I think most people desire to become better people, better in their health and their well-being, better with their relationships, their finances, their faith, better, well, just about everything. And yet, in spite of our good intentions, it remains so difficult to actually get any meaningful results!
I was recently re-reading the book, Atomic Habits by James Clear. James uses the term “habit stacking” to describe his approach to maximizing productivity and efficiency. With all due respect to James, I prefer the term “net time.”
What is “net time?”
It basically means maximizing the “net” amount of things you can get done within a specific period of time.
In this episode, I’ll share my thoughts on our most valuable resource, and some “hacks” you can implement to get just a little bit more done today than you did yesterday, and then 1% more tomorrow than you did today, and so on.
Enjoy!
