The "I Am" Meditation
I recently did an episode in which I led a meditation on the podcast. It was one of the most popular episodes I’ve published on this feed. Due to popular demand, I want to share another meditation with you!
Before we begin the actual meditation, I’ll provide a few pointers. These will guide you on how to use the natural filtration and preventive functions of the human body. Then we’ll dive into the actual meditation, which I call the “I Am” Meditation. I share this with you from the perspective of a servant of Jesus. My hope is that you will use this practice to further your relationship with Him.
