Tips to Overcome Loneliness, For Yourself and Those Around You
I just returned from the International Plant-Based Nutrition Healthcare Conference, where I was honored to be featured as a speaker. I got to mingle with some of my favorite people in the health and wellness space and learned a ton while at the conference.
I’ll share a little bit about my experience at the beginning of this episode, but what I really want to talk about is loneliness. We’ve all been alone at some point, and have suffered from loneliness at some point. But there are ways to confront or overcome loneliness so that our spirits and outer bodies will perform as they should.
I’ll share with you a few things I do to keep from feeling real loneliness. I will also share some tips you can keep in mind to help someone you notice might be suffering the effects of loneliness as well.
