Quarantine. It’s a word that few people use in their vocabulary, much less come face-to-face with the literal experience of its definition. The year 2020 and its COVID-19 pandemic will go down in history books, along with other tragic global viruses, namely the Spanish flu and the Bubonic Plague.
When studying history, you can see roughly a hundred-year pattern between many plagues. Timelines do indeed leave clues. But, even so, this global pause could feel surreal and ruffle your faith feathers a bit leaving you clueless in how to get back on track with your health.
As humanity presses through and redirects one’s focus for a clear 2020 God vision rather than a distorted view, this world will change for the best. A time of uncertainty can often become a forced revival of the heart if one chooses.
Redirected time, energy, and resources give people an opportunity to show up and live in a more complete, harmonic fashion.
Maybe you have used this quarantine time to get your house in order, literally by cleaning out closets and junk drawers.
Or, maybe you have cleaned out your emotional and mental closet and are rising up from the upheaval, showing up in your relationships with others and yourself in a greater way.
