Most people think indoor air is clean. But..have you ever cleaned your windows from the inside and noticed how black the cleaning rag got? Yuck.
And naturally, you’ll not only get fresh air but good vitamin D from the sunshine. Vitamin D plays a major role in regulating the immune system. It helps to lower the risk of disease, lowers depression, assists in weight loss, prevents bone softening and so much more.
Now, we know doing a workout outdoors is great for the body, but research also suggests that exercise outdoors benefits mental well-being more than doing the same type of exercise indoors.
SO – get outside and get outside often!
