I am about to turn70, a survivor I guess of bariatric surgery, have gained half of he weight back and am profoundly sedentary. Can your program help an inert senior who is very discouraged? Good morning, I saw you this morning on Julie and Friends. I am vegan on plant based diet. I do not eat processed foods, all Whole Foods. Mostly organic, walk at least 1 intentional mile everyday. Drink lemon and vinegar water. Take vitamin supplements and maintain a 1200 cal diet. I cannot lose a pound. I also do not eat till 10:00 Am and nothing after 6:00 pm. Related to reflux. I am on no daily prescription drugs. I have been doing this for a year and I am trying to lose 20 lbs. What else can I do? I am 64 and weigh 160-162. 5’4”. I just had blood profile and all is perfect. What should I do? I eat almost exactly like your suggestions on the show today. Lots of green, no dressings, oatmeal every morning, Bean chili. Etc. I could not find your diet menu. Thank you for any assistance you can offer. Please tell me what I can change or do to try to get this belly fat off. I have never weighed this much in my life. Very active as a RN and have eaten pretty good most of my life. I cannot eat any less. But I can be very regimented in my meals, I eat to live. Not live to eat.
